Q: Are heart diseases hereditary?

Ans: Yes

Q: What are the ways in which the heart is stressed? What practices do you suggest to de-stress?

Ans: Change your attitude towards life. Do not look for perfection in everything in life.

Q: Is walking better than jogging or is more intensive exercise required to keep a healthy heart?

Ans: Walking is better than jogging since jogging leads to early fatigue and injury to joints

Q: You have done so much for the poor and needy. What has inspired you to do so?

Ans:
Mother Theresa , who was my patient.

Q: Can people with low blood pressure suffer heart diseases?

Ans: Extremely rare.

Q: Does cholesterol accumulates right from an early age
(I'm currently only 22) or do you have to worry about it only after you are above 30 years of age?

Women

They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.

They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up against injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.

They go without new shoes
so their children can have them.
They go to the doctor
with a frightened friend.

They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear
about a birth or a new marriage.

Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They have sorrow at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they think
there is no strength left.

They know that a hug
and a kiss
can heal a broken heart.

Women come in all sizes,
in all colors and shapes.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.

The heart of a woman is what makes the world spin!
Women do more than just give birth.
They bring joy and hope.
They give compassion and ideals.
They give moral support to their family and friends.

Women have a lot to say and a lot to give.

Ten Point Program for happy Families

  1. Avoid the next quarrel: Never lose temper at the same time. Don't let the sun set on your quarrels (Never prolong fights if at all started). It is OK to say "I am sorry"
  2. Do not expect perfection from your spouse: Marriage is coming together of two imperfect beings. Don't expect wife or husband to like this or that, accept them as they are.
  3. Be a Good Listener: Think before speaking, it is a good idea to weigh before you speak. You are master of unspoken words but slave of spoken words. Better than listening from ear is listening through mind (with attention) and better than that is listening from heart.
  4. Be a good forgiver: Some people forgive but they keep the memory alive or they forgive conditionally. Forgiveness should be complete and unconditional.
  5. Grow in the spirit of humility: Be humble. Egos bring arrogance which divide and separate people.
  6. Learn the art of appreciation: We all like to be appreciated. Always appreciate in front of others. Never criticize in a company of friends and relatives, you will get opportunities in privacy.
  7. Do not argue: Winning love and friendship is far greater than winning an argument. It is OK to discuss with a open mind. Learn to win love and affection rather than arguments.
  8. Develop healthy sense of humor: Learn to laugh and be cheerful. It is a great tonic for healthy living and being accepted by friends. It is important to laugh with others and NOT at others.
  9. Always lend a helpful hand: You will win over if you have this attitude of offering a helpful hand with or without asking.
  10. Bring GOD back into your home: This is one of the most important one. Have a common time for prayers. It brings families together. Families that pray together stays together.

9. Work in blocks of time. Creative geniuses all had 2 things in common: when they worked they were fully engaged and when they worked, they worked with this deep concentration for long periods of time. Rare in this world of entrepreneurs who can't sit still.

10. Drink a liter of water early every morning. We wake up dehydrated. The most precious asset of an entrepreneur isn't time - it's energy. Water restores it.

11. Don't answer your phone every time it rings.

12. Invest in your professional development so you bring more value to the hours you work.

13. Avoid gossip and time vampires.

14. Touch paper just once.

15. Keep a "Stop Doing List".

16. Get up at 5 am.

17. Have meetings standing up.

Stay Productive and Make Your Work Matter!

Eight Important Manners to Teach your Little Ones

Eight Important Manners to Teach your Little Ones
We all want to raise our little ones to be polite and well behaved, and learning those lessons starts at home. They won't remember them all, or get them right every time, but patience and perseverance should get you through:

1. Always say please and thank you.
Whether they're activities as small as giving your little one a snack, or them asking if they can play in the garden, always reinforce the importance of saying please and thank you. No matter how young your children are, you can't start enforcing this rule too early!

2. Table manners
When your tiny tots are just learning to eat at the table, start teaching them the manners you'd like them to have for the rest of their lives! Rules like not eating with their mouths open, or not putting their elbows on the table, are good life lessons for your children to learn as soon as possible.

3. Play dates
When you're little ones go on play dates, or to birthday parties, remind them to thank their friends parents for having them over. If you aren't going to be attending the play date or event with your little one, ensure your little ones know they should treat their friends parents (and all grown-ups) with the same respect they treat you.

4. Birthday party etiquette
It's often said that kids go wild at birthday parties - all the sweet snacks and fun can make little ones get excited, and sometimes forget their manners. But no matter how excited your little one is on their birthday, there are some manners they shouldn't forget: to open their presents thoughtfully (not ripping off the paper, or tossing the present to one side as soon as they've seen it) and to say thank you for every gift, and to every attendee.

5. Mind the language
There will come a moment every parent dreads: the moment your little one swears. And then finds it funny! The worst thing you can do in this scenario is laugh. Let them know that you already know that word, you think it's unpleasant, not funny, and ask your little one not to use it again!

6. Don't be mean
Kids tease each other, and they find it funny. But this can sometimes go a step too far and lead to bullying. Make sure your little ones don't call others mean names, and don't make fun of anyone for any reason. Ganging up on someone else is cruel, not clever.

7. Excuse me!
Once your little ones have mastered saying please and thank you, teach them to say excuse me. It's the polite thing to say when you have to interrupt someone, or bump into somebody.

8. TMI!
There are some things that are too much information, and that your little ones shouldn't talk about in public! These include genitals, poo, nose picking, and all the other gory things that amuse kids!

Appraisal Vs Resignation

Appraisal Vs Resignation

A newly joined trainee asks his boss "what is the meaning of appraisal?"

Boss: "Do you know the meaning of resignation?"
Trainee: "Yes I do"

Boss: "So let me make you understand what a appraisal is by comparing it with resignation"

Comparison study: Appraisal and Resignation Appraisal

In appraisal meeting they will speak only about your weakness, errors and failures.
In resignation meeting they will speak only about your strengths, past achievements and success.

In appraisal you may need to cry and beg for even 10% hike.
In resignation you can easily demand (or get even without asking) more than 50-60% hike.

During appraisal, they will deny promotion saying you didn't meet the expectation, you don't have leadership qualities, and you had several drawbacks in our objective/goal.
During resignation, they will say you are the core member of team; you are the vision of the company how can you go, you have to take the project in shoulder and lead your juniors to success.

There is 90% chance for not getting any significant incentives after appraisal.
There is 90% chance of getting immediate hike after you put the resignation.

Trainee: "Yes boss enough, now I understood my future. For an appraisal I will have to resign..!!

Safe Way For Internet Use

Safe Way to Internet Transaction

Win32/Bancos and Zeus are among the most common banking malwares, known as trojans, used to steal bank details to perpetrate fraud. Here is how you can prevent any damage

WHAT TO DO

• Make net banking passwords difficult to guess, change them regularly

• Before keying in sensitive information, ensure the site is running in a secure mode by looking for the padlock symbol at the bottom of the browser

• Scan email attachments for viruses before opening them. When unsure about the source of an attachment, delete it

• Tear or shred any old cheques or account statements before discarding them

• Don’t share your password or CVV details orally with banks. Bank never asks for confidential information like user ID, password, credit card number, CVV, etc, via mail, SMS or bank initiated phone calls.

• Customers should install a good anti-virus system on their PCs and ensure that it is updated regularly.

WHAT NOT TO DO

• Do not share passwords with anybody, including family members, friends or bank employees

• Don’t access bank website from a link provided in an email from any source. Instead, type the address of the bank website in the address bar of browser to access the bank account

• Don’t click on any link provided in emails, they may redirect users to a fake/phishing site.

• Never note down user ID, password on piece of paper, documents or phones for easy retrieval.

• Customers should also never use the ‘remember password’ feature provided by browsers to save their net banking passwords.

• Don't access net banking from cyber cafes. If you have to, use the virtual key board to key in details and ensure you log out of the system once you are done.

OFFICE POLITICS

1. Be a team player: Being a good team player is attained at the point of realization that the company and the team come before you. Outperforming in a team project lifts your morale, which obviously increases your chances of being promoted. Personal attitude matters a lot here. Not everyone in the team can be your good friends, never a possibility. What counts is your professional maturity of not voicing your difference against another while at work.

2. Be a good observer: There is no excuse if you miss to observe what is happening around you and how things are done in your organization. Observation means involvement too, rather an indirect participation. Here you should try to find out what are the values of the company and how are they enacted? What is the process of decision making? What is the risk tolerance level? You will get an accurate idea about the culture of your organization by finding out the answers for the above questions and thus you can design your style of work in your organization.

3. Be a good communicator: Communication doesn't only mean that you talk and develop a good rapport with everyone around you. Rather, it's how you let everyone know what you have achieved in a con vincible manner. But at the same time, a fallacy of exaggerating your success or taking undeserved credit for your role in teamwork will land you to neck-deep office politics. A good communicator creates friends and a makes even enemies talk good about him - he is the master of diplomacy.

4. Respect all: Respecting your subordinates is as important as your superiors. While you shower your boss with countless salaams and behave with people working under you or co-workers in an autocratic manner with the wrong notion of positional hierarchy, you can never expect respect from anyone. In the heavily complex professional and personal relationship web in an organization, you never know to whom someone might be connected.

5. Manage your own behavior: You got to be calm and cool at times of tensions. Refrain from gossiping, questionable judgments and spreading rumors. Grow beyond interpersonal conflicts. You should never compromise on your integrity. Professionalism and work ethics should be the basis of your actions. Above all, you should be extremely careful when revealing things to others - never blindly rely on confidentiality.

GOOD LAUGH

Two rich men were talking over coffee one day and one of them said to the other one. "Hey I tell you my driver is really stupid. If you don't believe me I'll show you.
He called his driver Santa over and said, "Santa, here is a $10 note, go to the car showroom and buy me a Mercedes".
To which Santa replied, "Yes Sir! Right away, Sir!" and rushed off to the Showroom.

The rich man then turned to his friend and said, "See, I told you he was stupid."

The other rich man said, "That's nothing, you want to see stupid, I will show you stupid."
And he called his driver, Banta.

"Banta, go home now and check to see if I'm at home."
To which Banta said, "Yes Sir! Right away, Sir!" and ran home.

"See what I told you? He doesn't even have enough brains to know that I cannot be at home if I am here."

Later on, the two drivers met on the road. Santa said to Banta, "Banta, you know my boss is sooooooo stupid. He gave me $10 and asked me to go to the car showroom and buy him a Mercedes.....Doesn't he know that today is Sunday , the showroom is closed!"

Banta replied, "You think your boss is stupid? My boss is worse, he asked me to go home to check if he is at home... He got handphone what, he can just call up to check na !!!"

Gife the Best for the Relationship

The girl agreed.

The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl.
The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.

That night, girl slept peacefully.
But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden
some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.

Moral of the story:

If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, always keep
doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent..

This is applicable for any relationship like love, employer-employee relationship etc.
Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully.

The Atitude of Life

1) Heavy rains remind us of challenges in life. Never ask for a lighter
rain. Just pray for a better umbrella. That is attitude.

2) When flood comes, fish eat ants & when flood recedes, ants eat fish. Only
time matters.

Just hold on, God gives opportunity to everyone!

3) Some people always throw stones in your path. It depends on you what you
make with them,

Wall or Bridge?
Remember you are the architect of your life.

4) Every problem has (n+1) solutions, where n is the number of solutions
that you have tried

and 1 is that you have not tried. That’s life.

5) It’s not important to hold all the good cards in life. But it’s important
how well you play

with the cards which you hold.

6) Often when we lose all hope & think this is the end, God smiles from
above and

says, `relax dear its just a bend. Not the end. Have Faith and have a
successful life.

7) When you feel sad, to cheer up just go to the mirror and say, `Damn I am
really so cute`

and you will overcome your sadness. But don’t make this a habit coz liars go
to hell.

8) One of the basic differences between God and human is, God gives, gives
and forgives.
But human gets, gets, gets and forgets. Be thankful in life!

This is attitude

This is attitude
IF AN EGG IS BROKEN BY AN OUTSIDE FORCE..A LIFE ENDS.
IF AN EGG BREAKS FROM WITHIN...... .LIFE BEGINS.
GREAT THINGS ALWAYS BEGIN FROM WITHIN .

This is attitude
IT'S BETTER TO LOSE YOUR EGO TO THE ONE YOU LOVE.
THAN TO LOSE THE ONE YOU LOVE ....... BECAUSE OF EGO

This is attitude
WHY WE HAVE SO MANY TEMPLES, IF GOD IS EVERYWHERE ?
A WISE MAN SAID :
AIR IS EVERYWHERE,
BUT WE STILL NEED A FAN TO FEEL IT .

This is attitude
WHEN YOU TRUST SOMEONE TRUST HIM COMPLETELY WITHOUT
ANY DOUBT....... AT THE END YOU WOULD GET ONE OF THE TWO :
EITHER A LESSON FOR YOUR LIFE OR A VERY GOOD PERSON

This is attitude
LIFE IS NOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO ACT TRUE TO YOUR FACE ........
IT'S ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO REMAIN TRUE BEHIND YOUR BACK

This is attitude
SOLDIER : SIR WE ARE SURROUNDED FROM ALL SIDES BY ENEMIES ,
MAJOR : EXCELLENT ! WE CAN ATTACK IN ANY DIRECTION.

THE WORST IN LIFE IS "ATTACHMENT " IT HURTS WHEN YOU LOSE IT. THE BEST THING IN LIFE IS " LONELINESS "
BECAUSE IT TEACHES YOU EVERYTHING AND, WHEN YOU LOSE IT, YOU GET EVERYTHING.

Freindship

Na Chand Ki Tarah,Na suraj Ki Tarah,
Na Aasma Ki Tarah,Na sitaro Ki Tarah,
Koi Dost Mujhe Mile To Bus Aap Ki Tarah !!

Sabne Kaha Dosti Ek Dard Hai,
Hamne Kaha Dard Kabul Hai!
Sabne Kaha Dard Ke Saath Ji Na Paoge,
Hamne Kaha Teri Dosti Ke Saath Marna Kabul Hai !!

Jab Koi Khayal Dil Se Takarata Hai,
Dil Na Chahkar Bhi Khamosh Rah Jata Hai
Koi Sab Kuch Kahkar Dosti Jatata Hai
Koi Kuch Na Kahkar Dosti Nibhata Hai !!

Duniya Me Bohut Gam Milege
Sach Mano Achhe Dost Kam Milege
Jish Mod Sab Shath Chhod Dege
Us Mod Per Intjaar Karte Hum Milege !!

Koi Kahta Hai Dosti Nasha Ban Jati Hai,
Koi Kahta Hai Dosti Saza Ban Jati Hai,
Dosti Karo Agar Dil Se To Dosti Hi
Jeene Ki Vajah Ban Jati Hai !!

Yade Hoti Hai Satane Ke Liye
Koi Roothata Phir Manane Ke Liye
Rishte Banana Koi Muskil To Nahi
Bas Jan Tak Chali Jati Hai,Use Nibhane Ke Liye !!

Kas Khusiyno Ki Ek Dukan Hoti
Aur Usme Hamari Pahchan Hoti
Lelete Apke Liye Sari Khusiyna
Chahe Unki Kimat Hamari Jan Hoti !!

Hum Agar Apko Msg Nahi Kar Pate To Aisa Nahi Hai
Ki Ap Hume Yad Nahi Aate Mana Ki Sab Rishte,
Nibhaye Nahi Jate Par Jo Bas Jate Hai Dil Main Bulaye Nahi Jate !!
